NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM COMING......
PLEASE BE AWARE OF CHANGES
ON MARCH 1ST, 2017, PRIME CARE CHANGED COMPUTER SOFTWARE COMPANIES. DURING A MAJOR CONVERSION, THINGS CAN HAPPEN. WE DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AUDIO RESPONSE, AND IT IS NOW WORKING NORMALLY. PLEASE CALL THE NEW NUMBER AT 1-855-283-1691. YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER DID NOT CHANGE. USE THE LAST FOUR OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AS A PIN.
DURING THIS CONVERSION WE HAVE HAD MANY ISSUES WITH HOME BANKING. PROGRAMMERS ARE CONSTANTLY WORKING ON THIS ISSUE. IF YOU STILL CANNOT SEE YOUR LINKED ACCOUNTS, PLEASE LET US KNOW.
WE ARE ALSO TRYING TO RESOLVE ALL ATM AND DEBIT CARD ISSUES. IF FOR ANY REASON THEY ARE NOT WORKING, PLEASE CALL US. ONCE THE SYSTEMS ARE LINKED TOGETHER, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES AGAIN.
IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT MADE FROM YOUR SAVINGS OR CHECKING THROUGH PAYROLL, YOU MUST NOW RE-ROUTE THIS THROUGH HOME BANKING. CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION.
During this conversion, many changes will need to take place. If you need to review your old statements we will have set up a STAND ALONE system that will work on 2-23-17. You will have to temporarily sign back on to get old statements. Instructions will be provided when you sign back on.
By 3-9-17 you should be able to sign back in to our new E-Statement program. From what we understand, you will be automatically re-enrolled.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO SIGN BACK UP FOR FREE E-STATEMENTS. Just check your account to make sure it did reset properly after 3-9-17.
We will keep updating you as to how the new Home Banking System will work.
If you have AUTOMATIC Deposits or Withdrawals, please check your accounts after 3-2-17 to make sure they have been re-set properly.
Please make sure that all your automatic transfers are set up properly. If you have distributions to accounts other than your own, make sure the transfer happens. Any issues, please let us know.

|NEW DEBIT CARD FRAUD|
Well, the thieves have found a new way to steal your money. You may have a chip on your debit card, but they can now steal your pin number with special skimming devices. You may have your card in your pocket or purse, but they are out spending your money!
Make sure whenever you use your pin number that you cover the machine so no one could possibly see what you are putting in. Maybe use as credit and just sign instead. You have to be very careful.
Check your balances daily to make sure you aren't a victim..........................
|YOU MAY RECEIVE A NEW DEBIT CARD|
There have been many Debit Card compromises in the last couple of years. Sometimes it may take that long before you may end up on a compromised list. As we receive these list, for your safety we are ordering you new cards. Please make sure we have your current address on file to avoid any fees. If you change your address with your employer we do not get it.
